Do you accept cancellations?
Since I often pack orders very soon after receiving them, cancellations must be made within one hour after placing an order.
My items arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please contact me ASAP with pictures of the damaged items and packaging and I'll do my best to figure out a solution.
Do you include paper invoices in your packages?
For items that ship within the US, I do not include paper invoices. If you would like one, however, simply leave me a note when placing your order. For international orders, I am required by law to include in the package a paper invoice that states the purchase price.
Can you include a gift message?
Of course. Just leave me a note with your message at checkout.
